Lori Cheever
Lori Cheever has been a lover of wine and the foods that pair well with them for over the past 30 years. She has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years including as a server, innkeeper, front of the house manager and chef for many fine establishments including the Mountain View Inn, The Tributary Restaurant and CT. Jr. Republic. She has organized various events for the CT. Judicial Luncheons, CT Mutual Aid, Mass Mutual Aid and RI Mutual Aid as well as Weddings & many wine tastings throughout the area. She has attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and worked alongside some of the finest chefs in the Berkshires. Lori loves to explore new and exciting dishes to share with friends and family and plans is starting her a new venture of planning and organizing wellness retreats. She also teaches cooking both in person and online. In addition, she is a Team Leader & Wine Consultant with Wine Shop at Home. In addition, she has over 15 years of marketing and 30 years in management in both healthcare and hospitality. She resides with her family in CT, and has a daughter, son, 2 – 12-year-old fur baby’s /dogs and married for 32 years.
